We loved our food tour of Crystal River! Our first stop featured a locally crafted beer and wonderful tasting at Bubba’s BBQ, then we toured a local art gallery with the owner. Next stop was Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters where the chef/owner told us the local history of the building and his business. The food there was amazing! We popped over to King’s Bay and then to St. John’s Tavern for a margarita and another delicious sampling. We learned about manatees at Explorida and ended with two flavors of ice cream and a donut at Guyer’s! Elizabeth had everything planned perfectly so we could enjoy our walk through the community, tasty treats, and a great time with friends and people we met on the tour. She shared about the history of the area and there were plenty of photo ops. The price was just right and even included gratuities. We were full in every sense of the word! What a great way to learn about Crystal River for locals and visitors. Made a great date night and was so fun to do with friends. Thanks, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is a true gem! I had the pleasure working with her on the Tastes and Tales Food Tours and was blown away by her talent, passion, and infectious energy. From the moment she started, it was clear that she was meant to be doing this. Her confidence and joy are contagious, and it’s impossible not to be swept up in the excitement of the experience. Her level of knowledge and passion is truly remarkable, and she brings a level of expertise and enthusiasm that makes even the most complex topics feel accessible and engaging. But it’s not just about the technical skills – it’s about the way she connects with her audience, making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued.I was particularly impressed by her storytelling ability. It’s clear that she puts her heart and soul into everything she does, and it shows in every aspect of the tour.If you’re lucky enough to get to join one of her tours, you’re in for a treat. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! Elizabeth is a true professional, and her passion and joy are guaranteed to leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.
