Our neighborhood group of 16 booked Elizabeth’s Tour in Crystal River. The information about famous people who visited or filmed or built in Crystal River was a surprise for most of us. Elizabeth took us to Lemon Tree Gift shop first where you have an opportunity to see so may unique gifts many produced by local crafters. We also spent time in the Artisans Art Gallery (most of us went back to either of the stops after the tour because we had seen something to purchase). However, the highlight was the four restaurants on the tour where we were treated to such incredible food pairings. Trust me when I say, no one left hungry! We were treated to unique American dishes, BBQ, seafood, and home made doughnuts and ice cream. One example, The Cattle Dog is owned by a five star chef who brought his culinary skills to this quaint town. I highly recommend you book this tour for a fun, fabulous, food tour in the lovely coastal town of Crystal River. 1

On January 31st, on a chilly windy day we took the tour in Crystal River. We had a wonderful time; Elizabeth did amazing job. She created a warm, friendly and very informative tour. Each stop was great, good food and drink. Highly recommend taking her tour, well worth the time and money. She is the best!

We loved our food tour of Crystal River! Our first stop featured a locally crafted beer and wonderful tasting at Bubba’s BBQ, then we toured a local art gallery with the owner. Next stop was Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters where the chef/owner told us the local history of the building and his business. The food there was amazing! We popped over to King’s Bay and then to St. John’s Tavern for a margarita and another delicious sampling. We learned about manatees at Explorida and ended with two flavors of ice cream and a donut at Guyer’s! Elizabeth had everything planned perfectly so we could enjoy our walk through the community, tasty treats, and a great time with friends and people we met on the tour. She shared about the history of the area and there were plenty of photo ops. The price was just right and even included gratuities. We were full in every sense of the word! What a great way to learn about Crystal River for locals and visitors. Made a great date night and was so fun to do with friends. Thanks, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is a true gem! I had the pleasure working with her on the Tastes and Tales Food Tours and was blown away by her talent, passion, and infectious energy. From the moment she started, it was clear that she was meant to be doing this. Her confidence and joy are contagious, and it’s impossible not to be swept up in the excitement of the experience. Her level of knowledge and passion is truly remarkable, and she brings a level of expertise and enthusiasm that makes even the most complex topics feel accessible and engaging. But it’s not just about the technical skills – it’s about the way she connects with her audience, making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued.I was particularly impressed by her storytelling ability. It’s clear that she puts her heart and soul into everything she does, and it shows in every aspect of the tour.If you’re lucky enough to get to join one of her tours, you’re in for a treat. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! Elizabeth is a true professional, and her passion and joy are guaranteed to leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.
