We have successfully hosted many guests with dietary restrictions and are happy to accommodate whenever possible.

For the best experience, please let us know about any dietary restrictions when booking so we have plenty of time to coordinate with our restaurant partners. We require at least 24 hours’ notice.

We can generally accommodate:

– Vegetarian

We have also worked with guests who need specific ingredients omitted, such as nuts, beans, seafood, or coffee, as well as guests who are watching their sugar intake.

Our tours include a rotating selection of specialty coffees, artisan teas, hand-picked wines, regional craft beers. Each city and restaurant determines the specific offerings, so every tour is a little different.

Typically, guests enjoy 2 half pour adult beverages per tour, which can be substituted upon request. If you prefer non-alcoholic options, we’re happy to provide coffee, tea, fountain drinks, or water instead.

Even if you’re not usually a coffee drinker, we encourage you to sample the specialty coffees and artisan teas featured on our tours. Many guests who typically skip coffee end up loving the unique drinks offered—think creamy lattes, refreshing cold brews, and seasonal specialties crafted by our local baristas.

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

We encourage guests to arrive a few minutes early so you don’t miss any part of the experience. Because our tours follow a scheduled route with several local partners, we’re unable to delay the tour for late arrivals. No-shows and guests who arrive too late to join the tour are not eligible for a refund.

If something comes up, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’re always happy to help when we can.

Our public food tours are kept small, with 2-12 guests, creating a relaxed and personal experience.

Planning something just for your group? Private tours are available for groups of 2-49 guests.
